Shopping in the rain...

So I went to Fred Meyer today and bought stuff for my garden out front. It was pouring rain outside but I still found what I wanted.. I'm not going to let a little rain get in my way. Flowers were buy 2 get one free, including sunflowers, so I bought a couple and some ant killer, because there is a small ant problem in the bed of the garden. I also bought some poop, haha I bought poop. Steer manure to be exact and some mulch so the flowers will have plenty of fertilizer. I am all ready to start planting...........just waiting.......and waiting.....and waiting.....for the rain to stop. So I guess the rain is getting in my way a little.

Today is my second day supervising, but this time I actually know what I am doing. I bought myself a few new work shirts, so I wont have to wear the same outfit every time that I supervise. My general manager has been on vacation for a week now, and he still has another week off, so I have been relatively happy at work. No boss man up my rear. I have been in a mood today, so I'm not taking any lip from anyone. Anyhoo I'll chat later.

insured motorist here...

Yup, it's true, I finally went and got auto insurance a few days ago. It feels so great, I don't have to worry about getting pulled over anymore. In the next week or so I am going to get my windshield fixed, then I wont have a care in the world.Go ahead pull me over..JK..haha

I love my kitties!!

We are Siamese if you please....we are Siamese if you don't please.. I found out today that one of my cats, Simba is a Siamese..which explains a lot. he has the temperament of a Siamese and I looked online about Siamese cats and he looks just like one. The other cat Spot, is just your ordinary mutt cat, but I still love him..he's a little anti-social but that's what I like about him.Soon I will have pictures to post of my fatties.

Maybe I should plant a lemon tree..

I don't think that the weather here will permit me to do that but maybe one day I'll have my own lemon tree.

Summer has begun..

I spent most of yesterday pulling all of the weeds and dead flowers out of the sad little garden that was in our yard. It looks much nicer, but there's still a ton of work left to do.. Next I am buying all of the flowers to plant, I have to get them soon because I don't want to plant them too late. When I am finished the house will look awesome!!

Today is my first supervisor shift..woohoo...I am kind of nervous but I know how to run that restaurant so I don't think that there will be any problems. Besides I know how to serve and cook so what else can be harder than that? Anyhoo I'll chat later..Hasta Luego
